"I received a piece of Lazulite crystal yesterday. It is exquisite both in physicality and vibration. Edgar Cayce said it was the most powerful crystal to work with on a healing level and above that i find it to be vibrationally phenomenal!

When we work with crystals,  Metatron guides us to be open to our own vibrational journey with each beautiful piece that we come into contact with. Crystals have healing properties, yes, but they also link into our unique vibration. Each crystal is unique to each divine soul. I have always felt that crystals are a gift from the Divine creator that have been planted here on earth for us to experience and enjoy. The lightbody soaks up the crystalline vibrations of source and we can further enhance that joyful experience when physically working with crystals. I wanted to share Lazulite as at this time in particular it is assisting with conscious shifts, an ongoing process for mankind not limited to dates and events but more so an exploration of the lifting and shifting, awakening and alignment that is an ongoing process. The human vessel resonates to crystallised structures because of the lightbody matrix. Crystals work straight into that light matrix and the physical, emotional and mental bodies are assisted and aligned through the crystallised vibrational transfer. That is why you love them so much! But see beyond just a crystal. See the truth of your core vibration as being yourself a living, loving crystallised vessel".

Just look at the beautiful array and depth of this divine crystal. Opens up the Ocean of consciousness within, not limited to carnal and linear being. It really is a beautiful piece (peace!). It will take you above and beyond, if you require a crystal to assist you in releasing then this is it. Within our vessel there is a divine depth of love, beauty, acceptance and truth that goes beyond the shallow confines of the mind, bringing to that place deep within that is the all. In order for us to ascend, vibrational alignment is key.

Lazulite links in with a question that I often am asked regarding "expectations" when becoming attuned to Metatronia Therapy and my answer is thus:

"Release yourself from any and all expectations as our mindset is often limited to a lower conscious belief system and structure. Allow the light to shine in all its glory to the very depth and heart of you where you are opened and awakened to the truth of who you are and greater connection to source, that opens you up to divine truth. We must transcend the linear structures in order to experience the vast omnipresence of truth through the Divine directly into our vessel".

Lazulite is a crystal of depth, awakening and releasing, surrendering unto the One through our letting go, trusting and surrender. Do not fear the depths that you will journey with this crystal as it assists your vibrational alignment. Embrace what it is showing you as sink through you are being raised to trust the heights at which you will travel, not as dimension but as truth in vibration".

"What you are feeling in the vessel (Body) at this time is a feeling of being ungrounded, spinning, energies/emotions unsettled. Your vibration (electromagnetic light energy) that which fuels the vessel/body is being recalibrated in line with the divine love codings. Much is being released on a conscious level. Whether you choose to believe this or not, that is dependent on your conscious level. Mankind is altering vibrationally. The "tilt" is caused by the recalibration of vibration within the human form aligning it to current planetary alignment motions. It may feel as if you are inside a gyroscope, spinning and spinning. The sacred heart is the center of the alignment process and the spinning will cease once the vibration is raised. It will soon pass. Your part in recalibration of the electromagnetic waves is to be from the heart, to surrender and release into the divine process. Mankind can no longer live with eyes closed to divine truth. The lower dense vibrations will not fit into this new vibrational patterning. You can now consciously be part of this or choose to be in slumber. Your awakening process is working right down into the physical body/vessel. All are feeling this on some level, the vibrational shifting. Let love be your heart, the compass that points to Source. We are being shown how we vibrate, and that we are all linked into the planetary movements. It is all about vibration".

"Your vessel/body is divinely designed to resonate at a high vibration. That vibration is love. It is not something you get but something you already have. Its just about releasing and alignment back to your divine resonance. Your true core vibration. You cannot add on and add on to feel better, rather it is about unburdening and release through your THOUGHT PROCESS releasing from the linear into the interior of the sacred heart. There you will find your true vibration. That which is LOVE. Through this divine healing will come about as an automatic autonomical process. Releasing that which no longer serves as a seeming reality which is through the linear, your mind making and seeking your reality through emotional thought lead conductivity. Your true vibration lies in opening to the truth to which you are, that of pure divine love frequency. Then the conductivity becomes electrified as ripples of Source ignite your sacred heart oozing pure love into your system. You feel light this way. As streams of electromagnetic currents, think of the Sun's corona, its warmth, its love, its electricity that binds with you. For it is all about vibration. It is time for mankind to wake up to the truth of who he is through his divine alignment. That which is ultimately linked to electromagnetism, photons of light and that which cannot be named, only as you call "source". The true elixir of man, and that which binds him to the Creator, all that is, lies within the very heart of you. It is for you to release and align through vibrational frequency temperance".

Just sharing an observation…I am noticing and observing that it has become much easier to stay anchored in my Source, in my alignment, while at the same time, being totally aware of some of the chaos that is taking place in the external world I physically reside in. (This includes events and the like, as well as some of the distorted programming and lower astral thought-forms, etc. as when I first began realizing that I could read energy, the thought-forms especially, would really throw me!).  I asked my non-physical Self for greater clarity, an expanded understanding of this, as there was a time, when my perception of Ascension and Enlightenment perhaps was idealized to include some sort of fantasy that when I “had arrived” (again, another linear idealistic fantasy of the mind), that these sorts of things would cease to exist. haha! 

I laugh at this now, all in good fun. Anyway, back to my asking about this… there is a transitionary period along the journey of anchoring Source Frequency where we are learning to depersonalize, yet at the same time, recognizing that we are one with All. This is a process of it’s own of retraining the brain from reacting to everything as if it were personal and realigning with the Sacred Heart and seeing beyond. At a later part in the journey, one then begins to realize that all the distortions and chaos, etc that some are choosing, can and does still exist. And one can still be very much anchored in Source Frequency, while being totally aware of it. As when one is in alignment, we are not shaken by it as there is real inner Peace. We have learned to depersonalize it, yet maintaining alignment with “All Are One.

” The driver has command of the vehicle and is not thrown by the passenger, the back seat driver. We can watch the storm and be aware of it, without getting caught up in it. It is only when we react to these things (distortions), and create resistance with them, that we then magnetize ourselves to them and create a charge to it that we then become affected by it, thereby creating an active entangled relationship with it. It’s all about Acceptance, Acceptance, Acceptance… that hinders any kind of resistance. In our allowing of all just as it is, we then align ourselves with our Source that is All That Is.

Perhaps the 'Ascension' you speak of and seek is just the vibrational transfiguration into divine love. The love that ignites each and every vessel into the purity and truth. This is not a place or journey but an altering in your energised state that lifts you up and beyond the density and misguided reality. Perhaps the ascension you speak of is a rising into your divine blueprint - love. This cannot be quantified or measured but is a stepping into your true vibration and in this - great truth is opened to you beyond any measure within the linear mind. For it is as it is. All united as One". In the divine transfiguration you are then reunited at one with the All.

The time is now to feel the love of the Creator within you. If you are endlessly searching for that which you feel is outside of you, you will continue on and endless search for what is instantaneously attainable and already held within. Exercise trust and expansion into the infinite.

How? Just to be. Right here right now in this very moment. Not a fixed point in time but an endless and infinite omnipresence.

No searching no stumbling no blocking. Just knowing of the infinite love within. This does not require understanding and absolution. In the moment of just Being and conscious awareness you will begin to be the expansive source love in all its vibrancy.

There has to be surrender from the current streaming chaos into the calm seas of Oneness.

There must be An "ok I surrender" moment within the carnal mind and in this stopping and release from striving to seek through limitation and through explanation you will ultimately connect to all that is through conscious surrender.

How? Be at peace within your heart. Breath, sigh, expand. Let your heart be your guide. Let the mind be free from the wheel of streaming thoughts that often limit your perception and reception.

Be still and know the unknown in all its glory for it is just as it is, in infinite silence and inner peace. In the simple act of surrender you will reunite with the truth of who you are.

It is your trusting in the now where the truth of divinity is revealed unto you through feeling and harmonious stillness in vibration.

Let the heart guide the mind not the mind rule the heart for infinite truth resides within your sacred heart.

With more focus and intent of heartfelt living mankind will send vibrational light ripples that transverse the current static consciousness and alter it into the realms of divine infinite being.

Mankind is beginning to see little by little the societal constraints that have been created through time, abided by through fear and limitation in consciousness, and placed upon him.

Through the vibrational awakening and expansion into the eternal he is aligning into his true vibration that of an innocent child without limitation and without controls.

Through alignment into the true vibration mankind will once again unite with the eternal spirit of the Creator. Without judgment, without voice, without expectation and without limitation.

The eternal order of the divine is without constraints. It is without rigidity and unfolds into the truth of eternal bliss.

Through release and alignment with the true essence of his being mankind will evolve into divinity.

This is not materialized through closed concepts. This is born and attained through love and freedom and is simple in its formation once the current structures and limitations are released.

Yes there is trust, yes there is surrender, yes there is belief ultimately into the unknown now as his vibration stands but in surrender and opening his leap of faith will bring him home and in unison with his light evolutionary process.

From Lower Vibration Entanglement into Light Omnipresent Vibrational Expansion

As lightworkers we often find ourselves feeling and sensing and perhaps briefly entangled in the lower, dense vibrations of others. It is something we feel but perhaps cannot put words to it. I can only best describe in linear terminology as LVE (Lower Vibration Entanglement) and if people begin to expand into the Omnipresent light which expands and awakenings them to the higher vibrational dimensions, not a place but a vibrational dimensional consciousness, higher to that conscious state which they currently reside in, they then open themselves up to the full LOVE frequency. Light Omnipresent, Vibrational, expansion. Putting the O in the LVE!

We feel this vibration as sticky, dense, hurting, emotional turmoil, being stuck, lashing out. And in our own divine expansion and awareness of the omnipresent, divine light, we are lifted up and out to a place where we are not only able to assist through light empathy, but also able to see what requires shifting in order to truly BE. The truth is in the vibration. This is fundamental to Ascension.

Put the O in the LVE! bring that all encompassing, awakening, omnipresent, eternal light into your being, truthfully, honestly, fully. Bring love into your heart space. Awareness of the vibration we live and are from in our divine truth. And as we expand, align and awaken the lower dense stuff no longer is part of us or affects/effects us as we shower it with love. The art of divine being is involved in self vibrational mastery, and coming into your divine aligned state where there is no fragmentation. Becoming whole, aligned, at peace within ourselves, where we no longer house the lower density. Where we find truth in form.

Metatron assists us with this vibrational alignment through simplicity. It is, on our part, only to surrender unto this process and be prepared to come out of the density to see a new awakened state of being. That, and trusting in the light of the One. There must be a shift, out of the density into the immensity of the divine light and its ability to lift us up and out.

Transforming and transmuting that which no longer serves. You cannot do one without the other, that is you cannot play at this and remain in the same density. It is not a game. It is real. The shifts are real and are there for you if you are ready. Its not about layering more layers. Our ascension process is about revealing the truth of of who we are, and in this process Metatron assists us in that unveiling the Source of who we are through Divine Source light intervention. Our part in this is to trust, believe and be open to receive.

The infinite light calls out to you. It is found in the freedom of thought, in the alignment, in the peace and tranquility, in the stillness and in the silence of the mind. The harmonics of the universe call out to you to find that aligned state and when you feel it, you are in it, you are right on target! In the divine state all you feel is alignment. At one with all that is. It is not something to be bought or placed upon you. It is something that is already part of you. Vibrational alignment. It is as if all the pieces of a puzzle are finally put into place. A switch is flicked, the light turned on. All power is on. everything working in unison with Source. The strings of the instrument loaded up and working in full, harmonized and complete, all in divine order. For the order of the universe is not outside of you. You, as part of the Universe are part of that divine design, plan and order and you hold within you the specific aligned vibration that brings you into the truth of your form/vessel/body. It is like a fire ignites. Full steam ahead, aligned, in perfect harmony, in perfect unison. This is within you. It is not found in the density or taking on of vibrations that are not of your own. It is not found in the allowance of the vibration of others to impede and perturb your frequency. It is found in the process of surrendering and coming into the positive vibration within yourself. MOMENTARY RIPPLES OF RELEASE AND ALIGNMENT:

We are feeling so much on a vibrational. More so than we have noticed prior to this very moment. Emotions running high for some. Much coming to the surface to be acknowledged and to then release. Metatron guides us at this time very much to "be still and know, that whatever ripples we are feeling that they are shifts into the higher vibrations of light, that run through us and align us with source".

We feel these very much so in our emotional and mental state and we are so ABLE to look at whatever is occurring within our vibration and let it pass through as if it comes to us on a holographic screen, some energies trying to perturb and bring us out of our divine aligned state of being.

We are, more and more so, able to rise above and out to be from the higher aligned frequency as we feel this as a different, yet sublime state of being to what we have been used to in the past.

Moment by moment, ripple by ripple, wave by wave, we release and are uplifting in line with the planetary harmonics and vortices of divine light that move us, up and up, higher and higher, through the circulation/vortices of eternal illuminated presented light.  

For we are vibration. We are electromagnetic energy Beings and we are feeling this more and more and being brought to a level of understanding how the frequencies affect and effect our very being, Being. In our observation and trusting we can see beyond what is occurring, be beyond what is transmuting as we surrender and become that which is aligned to and as Source.

Anything outside of this is fragmentation, misaligned vibration. Aspects of the dense silhouette of who we thought was our small and limited Being are being lifted and removed as we no longer require them. Being transmuted into immortal, eternal, omnipresence as we expand beyond any weights and measures.

The old fragmented frequency of being is no longer a vibrational match for our new garment of light that is forming, beneath the waves of transformation. As the lesser thought patterns, memories and frequential trappings ripple to the surface, we see, we sense, we visualize for a moment, we feel the vibrational thoughts and emotional patterning and residue and we let go. As it rises and releases from our being.

If we give rise to reaction and give way to acting upon the old ways and methodology we are keeping our Being stagnated in the old vibrations. This will enhance the fragmented and “incompleteness in Being” process until the vessel begins to align through non-judgment and surrender processes.

The key is in the simplicity of being and becoming non-reactive to triggers and giving way to the Way-Shower, the Strengthening and expansion, through experience, of the human vessel. Release of the stories and embracing the simplicity in Being.

Mankind is evolving and shifting into a whole new level and way of being. This is not something we can escape from, as it is not something to escape. It is our evolutionary journey and awakening. The more we open ourselves up to a little understanding of this vibrational evolutionary process, the easier it is to journey.

We are being assisted every step of the way on our journey of light. As we embrace the density release and the awakening to light within. The universe itself knows and assists us every step of the way. Metatron guides and is with you and especially at this time, asks that we trust in this process.

"The imaginary light and illusion of a higher order, as the veil grows thinner you are being shown much within yourself, as the divine vibration that you are. You are awakening to the Source vibration and empowering frequencies that are drawing you closer to the truth. Awaken, dissolving, embracing, becoming, aligning to your true vibration. And in this journey of becoming and awakening you will feel that which is beyond words or explanation. It is your becoming".

Embrace the ripples, see them as passing waves. Feel the vibrations, and align with that which knows deep within, that this is an energetic alignment phase. That underneath the fragility, the light empowers you and assists your vibrational shifting into the realms of divine order. Matching like with like vibration to bring you to the frequency that will uplift, awaken and align you.

"Be that which makes you smile, that warms your heart, that you feel passion from and that makes your heart sing. Be and feel that which is your divine design. Come into the alignment of your true vibration that makes you buzz and tingle to the very core of your being which such delight and bliss. Do that which makes you smile, that makes you heart sing and fills you with harmony. And that which brings you out of alignment cast to the side so that is no more the tools that you live from. Let your light shine, not to be harnessed or shadowed by that which no longer serves or that which brings your dis-chord (hinders your divine flow). Be that and live from that which brings you joy, love and harmony above all, within yourself".

"And so as your vibration begins to rise your frequency/energy signature is rewritten to that of the higher chords of light harmonics. What occurs within the human body/vessel is you are not brought to a higher place or vibration at all but are brought into sync with your true blueprint vibration. Your light begins to come into line with the true divine harmonics that make up your soul vibration/source light vibration through the recalibration of trust and surrender. Making way for the light to show you the truth of who you are.

It feels higher and is described as higher as it is a way of being that is different from the current density you feel within the human form. So grounded and trapped in a linear existence. Which, in itself, served and still serves to lift you into the higher lights through the realization and awakening into the knowing of a higher order. That there is something beyond the limitations some feel within their vessel/body. The restrictions become lifted through the illuminating light.

You ascend into the true vibration of who and what you are. As a divine light, that is loved and nurtured through the eternal rays of the One. Your electromagnetic energy sparks and takes on a whole new radiance in line with the majestic Sun. Feeding your senses, awakening your vessel, every part of every part of you is awakened through magnetization and pulsations of Source essence. Pulling you up to the ascended state of bliss in line with the harmonics of the All.

So as you were lower vibration in the emotions and feelings feeding your senses, so that you become that which you feel, think, emote etc, now what occurs as your light is raised into the true divine harmonics of source being, you become one that is in alignment with your true core signature scale/sound/wave/harmonization and so you begin not to create your own existence through the linear, emotions, thoughts, but a divine reversal is at play where you become Source. You just are, in its simplicity. So that you no longer feed who you are through thoughts, feelings, emotions, but a kind of reversed osmosis if you like, begins to occur and transverse the way that you "are" through light illumination and harmonic tones and sounds through the language of the light.

Waves and pulses of Creator life-force emanate through the very core of your being. No longer oppressed and harnessed by the limited beliefs and mechanical constructs of the mind and linear thought process. You feel freedom itself through "another way of being". You literally "light up" into the divine music of the Universe, that in its silence is the most magnificent sound you could ever hear.

Source feeds your vessel, thought, emotions, senses so that you begin to resonate to a higher chord. You are no longer limited and controlled through linear function and limitation of existence through just what you feel and think and emote.

Source light brings freedom from the old mechanical way of being, thinking, feeling into a whole new spectrum of light that reverses, brings clarity, stillness and becomes the truth of who you are. Our limited reality thus becomes limitless. Source vibration is freeing us from our own thoughts feeding senses, now it is becoming that Source brings us a whole new way of being. Our senses are brought to their true vibration light state. There is no more the struggle for light as we become and are light. Awakened and vibrating in our divine true form.

Our vessel comes into alignment with Source through the light codings, surrender and renewal process right into the core of our being, DNA/cells, the complete vessel is recalibrated. So that you no longer see source as something outside of you that makes you feel amazing, for it is something that is now your becoming through the light evolutionary process" .

The difficulty perhaps is the giving way to the stillness and just being. That is what takes mastery over the senses. To just be. And when you just are....then your true vibration will awaken you".

Be in your divine aligned state as much as you can, so that it becomes your divine designed state of being. There may be energies at times that perturb you and may bring your vibrational state down a little, the key is to look above and beyond and to be in your light and not to be dragged down to the lower vibrations of other. Often they are hurting themselves more so than they are consciously or unconsciously hurting others or those they are projecting their lower vibration onto. Forgiving them for not seeing their own vibrational frailty and ignorance at the same time moving yourself away from being on the receiving end of these vibrations if it is a reoccurring pattern of behavior. It can be difficult at times when you are on the receiving end, and more so when it is from those close to you, family members/friends etc. The key is to remain in your vibrational state, a kind of mastery is involved initially to stay in your alignment. To be in your alignment with Source. In time it builds up so that you just are, and it just is, and it no longer has the same effect/affect as it may have done before. Release from the drama and be your light. Forgiveness, after all, is so divine. Many dramas are passive and momentary. Based on vibrational levels at that time. It will pass. The key is how we react to vibrations outside of our alignment. Let love dwell in the space where lower frequencies could fill if you were to allow the lowering of your own beautiful light. Let love be the fuel of alignment as it burns that which no longer serves and lights that which may bring darkness. Let love be your light, let light be your love.

I adore Crystals and this is quite an amazing story which I will share:

I did an attunement and healing session with a Mother and Daughter team last week, in person, really wonderful morning. I advised they obtain a piece of Azeztulite, as I so often do as this is an amazing crystal for the light transformation integration process. Well, to cut a long story short, the Mother purchased some Azeztulite and a few days before kept getting a funny word in her head: AZO, AZEO, AZORO, and she was baffled. She knew it pointed to a word and a crystal but hadn't a clue. (I know she wont mind me sharing this lovely story) When the Azeztulite arrived in the box was a small free gift of an AZOZEO crystal. Release from the fragility within the mind for this creates a never ending spiral of distortion within the human vessel. The heart is the mind of the soul. Love is the fuel that ignites the divine connection. The brain is the mind of the corporeal form and separation vibration. Opening to the heart center develops a never ending spiral of delight and simplicity beyond measure.

The physical mind then becomes still in unison with the power of the All, One divinity. Embrace all that you are through the simplicity of just being. Man has learned to be governed by his mind, separated consciousness and thought process. Coming out of the mind and thought driven reality brings alignment to the All seeing, the All of All, the Unity of One, the Attonement to truth. The Attainement of light.

There is the ability to watch the thought process from a divine place within, almost as if there are two separated parts within us. The overseeing EYE of One is the vibration and form that oversees the alignment and ascending, awakening process. Guiding us as a golden light compass of truth. To enable us to see our fragility and burdens from controlling, spiraling thoughts into a melting and dissolving into truth.

The corporeal mind then becomes freedom itself through alignment with Heart vibration and the stilling of constant and overriding thoughts dissolve into bliss, stillness, silence. The vessel becoming At-One with all that is, in a divine state of alignment with source.

The vessel is no longer a slave to the lower vibrations and confound to the endless thinking mind. It becomes stilled by the connection with the divine within and without. Embracing the light of the One through the soul harmonics. The troubled waters become the stilled ocean of tranquility.

When we work and link with Metatronia Therapy we are linking to a conscious vibration/energy. This is Source vibration, creator vibration, there is no higher resonance. This is not something that is said lightly or used as a competitive mechanism. This is what we are working with and what has been brought to us at this time to assist us in our light evolutionary awakening and ascension process.

Many find it "uneasy" to fully surrender, trust, let go and be open to receive. You cannot approach this vibration from the same linear vibration and way of being that you would with other modalities or healing systems. As it is a "conscious vibration". It knows what is required in order for us to become aligned. And with this process there has to be, hand in hand, trust, letting go, surrendering and allowing the light to work with and for you.

There is a handing over in the surrendering of the conscious mind "trying" to fathom and "trying" to control this shift and awakening process. We cannot rule it or control it. The shifting and alignment comes in our surrender process. We cannot fathom or expect, rule or govern this process from a fragile linear mind perspective as it just isnt how it is. if you approach your awakening and ascension journey with this train of thought then you will hardly get off the ground.

As we trust, believe and are open to receive through our divine surrender much occurs. The truth of all that is begins to open to us within a vibrational matching. It is all very much about the vibration. Not through words or explanation.

In the Surrender process we begin a journey of releasing from our fragile vessel the parts of us that are not our truth and the parts of us that we believe that are us, from an egoic level, a level that we perceive ourselves to be and what we perceive is truth from a controlled level. This cannot be argued, this is how we are vibrationally. We have levels of what we perceive and believe as truth which are actually not truth, we just believe they are as that is what forms "us". Our journey, our conditioning, our belief systems.

We may flit from one thing to another trying to find that immediate fix or that something that is going to free us from the constraints and controls of the fragile mind, the dense vibrations. We seek a magic elixir to suddenly ascend us. To suddenly release us from all that is not aligned within ourselves. The truth is that we are already and have always been aligned, there just needs to be a vibrational match within our vessel/body where we reach a place of stillness within that can "be still and know" and is not led by the controls of the mind, the worry, anxiety, fears, resistance etc, etc.

If you are working with MT and you are feeling that something is not shifting or there is a need to search outside of yourself to fix something then you are not fully surrendering. You are not fully trusting, you are not fully opening to the Light of the One. It is in the "handing over" and trusting that we become fully awakened and aligned with Source. It is all about vibration.

"It is the fragility within the mind of man that hinders him from truly feeling and understanding what this light is. I wanted to share this prose which is part of the MTFOL Membership letter that goes out when people join the MTFOL as part of the pack.

What I often come across with MT is that some that are attuned do not fully surrender and so they will reach a point where they are blocking the energy from assisting them due to their rigidity in flow of vibration. Both inwardly, internally and outwardly releasing. This can, for some, result in sensations and experiences within the human body/vessel that may begin to feel uncomfortable. It is rather like this - the positive vibration is being met with resistance in not wanting to move forward and expand and a little fear or anxiety may filter in, thus creating a kind of interruption in the flow of divine source vibration. You somehow begin to impede the flow as you are not fully surrendering or aspects of the self (egoic self) are not surrendering and opening to change/energetic/vibrational uplifting. Ultimately it is all down to SURRENDERING.

Source vibration is not a magical ointment you just rub on and hope that it shifts you to be the person you wish to be by some magical application and you wake up the next day and everything is resolved. Far from it. There is work to do on our part to be party to and participate in our own ascension (lifting up) process.

We have mentioned this before as in its not a garment you suddenly put on over the vibration garments you already wear in the hope that there will be a WHOOSH of light and suddenly you are transformed!  There is work to do and Metatron guides and advises us through Source Vibration (the Light) as to what aspects (vibrationally) within our vessel/human body matrix we need to release, let go of etc.

So I won't write a long winded paragraph on the do's and don'ts as we focus more on the Do's and moving forward with positivity in our step and a lightness in our heart.

For those that are attuned to Metatronia Therapy - there are a few that come to a threshold within themselves where they are not ready or willing to step over that threshold and let go, surrender so that they can begin to see the truth that is within them. The layers and dressings and ego and fragility they hide, they have learned to survive from these layers and feel comfortable right where they are at but still try to work the ascension light alongside their rigid form.

There is an element of uncomfortableness (which is probably not a real word but nonetheless I love it!) which we all will PASS THROUGH in order to see the true light that is within us, that is us, that is our truth.  So that we do not have to put garment on top of garment hiding what is underneath but we trust and surrender enough to look at the completeness of ourselves in our energetic/vibrational form, right here right now, not the past, not the present but right here right now and begin the surrender process to release (and it will release like fluid/liquid) that which we hide, is hidden, no longer serves us, makes up our reality which is not actually our reality but we believe it to be from conditionings etc etc.

So there may be pain, turbulence, emotional storms that we ride in order to be lifted up to our divine truth. It is ok to feel and remember and let go through tears. It is ok to fully surrender and feel a little fearful of what is in store for us because ulitmately, as we surrender and let go, trust, believe and be open to receive, we are releasing ourselves from the fragility in the mind of the dwelling of fear, anxiety, the unknown, moving ourselves as we surrender into a place of trust and handing over to the Divine within us. You are held every step of the way even if you feel at times you are very alone.

It is a time of forgiveness and letting go. A time to let past energies that no longer serve you to release them all out of your energetic vibrational blueprint. For your true vibration cannot hold or harbour lower dense frequencies. Send out love. Forgive. Let go. Remember with love not hate, love not anger, love not discord, love not jealousy. Let it all go and with this you will free yourself and come into your true divine aligned state. Sometimes events happen often through mis-communication and misunderstanding. At times we may feel hurt and hold onto discord and disparaged vibrations. Keeping them alive, feeding the hurt. To truly work and connect with the light we must begin to let go and forgive as a major shift is taking place. Forgiveness vibration is very powerful. Allow yourself to come home to the truth of who you are. And in forgiveness at whatever level to whomever is relevant for you will bring you magnificent higher light vibration and release energetic burdens. Rejoice in this. For now is the time.

DISCOMBOBULATION ERASION

This is simply alignment. Discombobulation erasion means coming into alignment. Why such big words? Well there is purpose to this. Mankind has created many words for many different things. Many dressings, labels, configurations for feelings and experiences. We somehow see ourselves as fractured misaligned and incomplete. Somewhere along the line mankind has taught itself to be just this, less than perfect and begin the long journey of continuing to feel fragmented and imperfect. There are so many words to describe and enhance this separation that then feeds into greater discombobulation. We constantly feed our very being from a lower density. The time now has come to awaken in to the truth of who we are and what is open to us through light unification, awakening and integration.

However you wish to dress it, label it, give it funny names, however large and extravagant those names may appear, they are just names. It all comes down to vibrational alignment and expansion. Awakening your consciousness into divine truth. And we can do this right here right now from within on an earthly conscious level. So what stops us and holds us back from trusting in this divine process? Perhaps a level of the need to control, be in control, harness and stay safe within what we already know. Not wishing to move out from what we already know as truth for fear perhaps of what may lay outside of this learned existence.

You are already whole and complete. Source sees you already as this. It is only within you on some level that you perhaps see yourself as separated, confused, incomplete and the requirement to fix something within to make you whole again. This all comes from within the mind and thought/emotional process. Learned behavior, beliefs, conditioning, circumstance, happenings, events etc.

“The truth is that you are already complete and whole and require nothing to fix you. Source sees you as the divine Being that you are but through separation of the consciousness you began a journey, a long journey of feeding and grounding this separation experience where it comes to a point that within your very own being you become so fractured you feel there is no way back and for some they are so unaware, they live in slumber and in a state of being unconscious of their own consciousness!”

The truth is that there is a way back and it lies within the very heart of you. There are no complications, no rituals, no long-winded ways of hoping that some day you will become complete. The truth is you are already complete. You just have to realise this within your consciousness and the Light is here to assist you in doing just that and is tangible and open to you always.

Source sees you as whole and beautiful, divine and majestic but within you see your own divine being as being fractured and endlessly searching for something that can make you whole again from outside of you. The truth is that it is already within.

Through awakening, alignment and conscious expansion many things begin to occur on many levels. You begin to come out of the discombobulation (confusion and separation) into feeling the completeness and wholeness of who you are. You are no longer fragmented and struggling but find a deep level of piece within your heart space. Every aspect of your human vessel (emotional, spiritual, mental, physical) releases and aligns with the higher source frequency/vibration, which is your true essence.

What is the key to this alignment?

Trusting in your own vibration, allowing yourself to expand and let go into light. Surrendering from this moment all that you feel is your limited reality and ability. Release from fears and shackles that bind you. Let go of any constant thought process that go round and round bringing you back to the same place. Letting go and surrendering to the higher light, higher conscious vibration of Source, which is who you truly are. In order to ascend there has to be a leap of faith, out of old ways, into eternal light expansion.

As the awakening occurs you will begin to be from a higher vibrational and conscious awareness of life itself, and this journey starting from within you. The vessel (human body) becomes released and aligned; much begins to drop away as fragilities and misaligned vibrations. The mind becomes still and the thought process becomes more positive and necessary, that is there are no longer endless thoughts of nothingness and despondency that only serve to feed the disparity you feel within. The separated consciousness begins to release into a whole new unified consciousness of love, light and positivity. And the great thing is, the Universe is waiting for you to join in the unity of One. To be brought home to your truth through the rising of your infinite vibration. There is no longer the self focus, self survival separation thought process but an expansion into the higher spheres and realms of light consciousness that release you from separated identity into universal unity.

“Mankind’s current mindset is what will keep him in a discombobulated world. The keys are available to begin to live not from separation but in unification. A journey that begins within the vessel/body/mind of man. The unification and uprising into light of man is a far easier journey than the current journey he is embarking on which keeps him in darkness and denial of the truth that is within him”.

We are not lone survivors or victims. We are luminous Beings of divinity and love and when we awaken to this realization we begin the journey of truth within our very being. If the world continues to live in separation then it is only restricting and hiding itself from the wonders that await his awakening to the divine within and the light evolutionary process that is occurring right here, right now, within every beautiful human vessel. 

Light brings:

Accord to discord
Alignment to disorder
Balance to imbalance
Fluidity to blockages
Purity to impurity
Completion to incompleteness

Which are all aspects of the fragmented vibrations mankind may sense within himself as being real, when indeed it is only the fragile human vessel that believes this to be real. The truth is, as stated, all are are already whole.

Humanity itself has become so complex. For it has built such a fractured existence with controls, beliefs, behaviours, and conditionings that it has denied and masked itself from the truth of divinity. The salvation of mankind lies within the raising of consciousness and vibration, which is one in the same. The keys are available to him through alignment and awakening to which the light brings and which is within each and every living Being. As mankind awakens and integrates with the higher consciousness there is great release from confusion, frustration, fear and disconcertion. It is time to awaken from deep slumber and connect to the divine within each living soul.

For much of this cannot be verbalised or understood from a linear mind perspective as this brings limitation in belief for some. These words are just simple keys. This evolutionary light process is occurring and has been for millennia. You are living now in a time of quickening, dissolution and light evolution.

You are living and breathing proof of the ascension of mankind. You are living and breathing proof of the One eternal light.

In your silence you will find voice

In your trusting you will see truth

In your awakening you will find eternity

In your alignment you will find balance

In your surrendering you will find connection beyond imagination

And in opening you will find the greatest love within

Your journey may take you on many escapades. As you search for that which you feel you are required to search for. We speak now of the truth already within you that only requires your trust and surrender to see. Surrender from seeking that which you believe to be outside of you and within that surrender you shall find the key to your eternal light and truth. Over the weekend, I was shown a vision of the 3 Great Pyramids in Egypt…and they were shown to me as the 3 primary colors -Red, Yellow & Blue.

This was quite interesting as I had not seen them in my visions in/as these colors prior…and interesting that I was seeing them as the 3 primary colors of our color spectrum.

This indicates to me an expanded up-shift occurring within the grids, having to do with the Light Spectrum & Electromagnetics, cosmically received and transmitted to, from and within the Earth Plane…as we are quantumly expanding and allowing for a greater concentration of the Metatronic Full Light Spectrum. I was shown that each of the colors, each correlate as follows:

Mycerinos/Menkaure Pyramid- Mintaka-EL= Blue

Khafre/Chephren Pyramid- Al Nilam/AN= Yellow

Khufu/Cheops Pyramid, “Great Pyramid” – Al Nitak- RA= Red

This also, all correlates with our DNA…

Something I just wrote in response to a gentelman saying that "ascension is just an idea"

I used to scowl at the word "ascension". I also used to make fun of spiritualists. Coming from being a drug addict/alcoholic who burned sage every now and again, to now meditating sometimes 2 hours a day and teaching the highest vibrational forms of energy medicine available to mankind, I will say a lot of what this "ascension" idea is is an extremely personal experience. As I learn to heal myself and let go of things that do not serve me, as I let go of low vibrational matter, my energy flows more and rises.  As I rise in vibration, I will attract new things that match my new personal vibration. Focusing on religious aspects and old esoteric texts for proof is highly limiting. It's like looking at a paragraph(s) of a book and judging that that paragraph is representative of the whole story. Everything is a piece of the puzzle.   All I see these days is proof of people blossoming. I choose to. And I help others blossom in the work that I do. Maybe that is why my healing is so effective?   We are spirit in body. This is fact. Wether you accept it as truth is your free will. You can choose to hold on to the limiting societal belief that "there isn't enough evidence to proov" or you can sit back and invite the magic into your life.   Much of the information we are receiving is from channeled/high spirit consciousness. As we rise in vibration, only more and more information will be coming into our lives. Law of Attraction states as "it's not the circumstances that matter, its your state of being and your vibration that matters; how you feel about certain things is what you will get back. If you are uncertain about a certain situation, you will continue to receive uncertainty; like attracts like ". This brings up parallel realities. What you are choosing as fact or to be true in" ascensionalism" will be true for you and your life. I however choose a life of magic, healing and empowerment in knowing that we as a human race can profoundly change the direction of life but many people are sidetracked with TV, poor diet, negative/low vibrational programming etc to hold people back from raising in vibration.   There was a time when all blueprints for humanity were in alignment with love. Then ego and the mind came to play and knocked everything off track. Now, we are in a time of moving from the mind back to our heart center. As we learn to have compassion, forgiveness and love, we will be able to feel better and rise in vibration. Again like attracts like; high vibrations=high vibrational state of being where low frequency /low vibrational funk cannot exist. An ice cube of slow moving water molecules will melt if left in 70 degree weather. This is fact. As everything is energy, this also means that everything is vibration. 

More than ever now, people are learning the art of letting go and healing. When people do that they feel better. As a person feels better and happier it ripples into their home life and then into their communities. As communities rise up, cities and States will rise.  It is scientifically proven that it is our perception and our environment that creates our States of health (epigenetics/Dr. Bruce Lipton) not your gene makeup.   This is why we all chose to be here at this time, as spirit in a 3 dimensional body... To come and aid mankind back into alignment of the heart. To move from the mind and into the high vibrational heart centered-self. awakening the "Christ Consciousness" (HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH EGO OR THE CHURCH) within us. As we again heal through our lives, we rise in vibration. As we all rise in vibration we start attracting other things in a high vibrational state.   This is why I choose to meditate daily and clear my shit out. This is why I choose to accelerate my continued self exploration into the never ending, blissfull vortex of light and love. Again, I used to make fun of people like me. Now 2 years of changing my lifestyle, I now have the clarity to know that I, as spirit, have a mission on planet earth to help as many as possible to rise up. "be the change you wish to see in the world" or we can continue with limiting ourselves and not even trying. This is our time to thrive. It's our time to wake up and become empowered. Who needs to look at ancient esoteric texts when you can see change everywhere with uprisings, with protests, changing of societal structures? The old ways, the old systems are just that. It is time to update. It is time to change things. Again, low vibrational funk can't survive in a high vibrational state of being. Whether that be your addictions, your negative self talk, or your governments manipulation and corruption... The contrast will only become more intense or it will fall apart. Now, I will say that "ascenionalism" is not an idea or a theory. It is a fact that we are moving into a higher frequency. As that happens we can continue to hold on to limitations and baggage or we can learn how to let go. 

How do we let go? Reiki, meditation, energy healing of all sorts, forgiveness, violet flame, anything that changes your mood to continually feel good/ better. We are Divine, we are spirit in body. It's more natural that we are empowered and thrive than we are not. That's how much work we need to do. Let go of limiting beliefs and rise. Heal yourself and rise. Love yourself into a life that you were meant to live. There is so much support here for us to achieve this now. Our natural state of being is that of love, joy, happiness and bliss. We were all that once, and now it is time to remember that back into your life.

Many are experiencing heightened senses, emotions, pain etc at the moment. Feeling as if, for some, that the mind is in overdrive. Presently there is a lot of clearing and cleansing and realingment in progress. This can be felt as over activity, overloading, constant stream of thoughts, some that can be low in vibration. The key is for us to see this as releasing and to not give it too much energy. That is to not react so much to thoughts that are of a lower vibration. To smile and not to externalise too much. Go for a walk, sing a song, switch to doing something else rather than being in intense thought focus mode. This time will pass. It is just momentary. It is releasing and uplifting. There can be flu like symptoms also.

Bones and muscles feeling very tired/drained and heavy. This too will shift. Increasing the water intake will help, bathing in Himalayan Bath salts which greatly assist the electromagnetic energies,  as will physical light therapy such as light lamps etc if you live in a dark place of the world where the winter months are starting to close in.

The light is always around us, always 24/7 in all ways. At times we may feel overloaded and with a lot of energy coming in to our lightbodies it is key to look at expansion and expanding visualisations. See/visualise your lightbody as an expansive light. See if moving out to about 3-6 feet all around, above, below you.

If you cannot visualise just sense it or say to yourself "I am expansive, I am expanding, I am pure light". The visualisation helps us to physically begin to expand from within our mind and to make room for energy and light. You can also visualise yourself moving up higher into the higher realms, space, part of the stars and planets and see yourself as a star, shining amidst the universe. Floating, expansive, bright in the nothingness of all that is. Part of everything as you dissolve into pure light.

This will greatly help the expansion and coming out of the mind and thought fixation. Thoughts are momentary. They pass in a wave, in a second. It is up to us if we wish to give the thoughts thinking time! It is up to us if we wish to dwell on the lower vibrations.

We are the creators and manifestors of our own destiny and density. We are beginning to come out of the mind more and live from the wave like fluidity of just being a Being, being. Going with divine flow is key. We are coming and evolving into a whole new way of being. Not controlled or boxed in by thoughts and regime, but flowing like waves of light and as free as the wind. To feel, to sense and to know freedom from within the mind. Rejoice in the higher light that is you.

UPDATED HEALER WORKBOOK AS AT 3RD NOVEMBER 2014

The healer workbook has been updated as at today and loaded into the MT Practitioner Dropbox and Master Dropbox. It is to be used with immediate effect for any attunements. It is still undergoing some revamping but is ok to use for now. The previous version was old and so it has undergone some alterations/removals, now 86 pages so compacted and rearranged slightly now in two parts 1 & 2. Part one training material. Part 2 additional material. Margery is kindly going over it in the next few weeks and we will be finalising amendments etc but due to the number of typos and alterations the one as at 3/11/14 can be used.

We must always be aware of our own vibration, what we are giving and sending out to others. The key is that when we are in our divine aligned state we are just that. In divine alignment. At times as lightworkers we are party to the lower vibrations of other imparting their energy upon us and it is something that I personally do not tolerate. The truth is what sets us free and in essence we must be confident enough to see every part of every part of ourselves and in our communication and energies that we impart to others. "What a gift to see ourselves as other see us" does not really come into it when we are in our divine vibrational aligned state. We are all about vibration and we can be very "easily read" by those who work in the higher light realms, as we work on energy and vibrational coding and energetic signature. So when we become aware of this to always be as much as we can in our aligned state then what we give out, whether it is through our healing, emails, communication etc, comes from the higher love vibration. We must also be aware that what we give out as a lower vibration, it is  not for others to accept this or put up with or take on as it is our vibration, our density. We are each responsible for our own vibrational signature.

You cannot hope your life will magically alter if you continue to live and be from the same energy, mindset and vibration that causes you to want and hope to change that way of being. It's a two way journey. You must meet the vibration at least half way. Lifting up and out and matching the frequency. So many state they dont feel any changes or things are not shifting but are they actively participating in their own ascension journey and working through and lifting up and seeing and releasing or are they just sitting waiting for something magical to change them? Because if its the latter there will be a long wait. We must take conscious active participation in our ascension journey and process. It is no one else's responsibility but are own.

Metatron guides us to be aware that it is a two way path. We have work to do for ourselves. And as we trust and raise in Our vibration we begin to alter our vibrational matrix which in turn brings a greater connection and release. We begin to then feel the magic and the alterations and transformations taking place.  This does not occur or come to you when you are being from the same old lower vibrational matrix which you are wanting to change and yet are not willing to go the journey which requires work on our part. There is a light and guiding hand that will hold and be present during this whole transition. Your part is to take part and trust.

There is a massive difference between working from the egoic mind and actually working with Source. A massive difference. The divine truth is a resonance that will release and align us but there is much work to do on our part. Much unburdening and releasing for some so that they can reside in their true divine aligned vibration. This cannot be brought or given to you. It is a divine journey to the soul and one that is not always fluffy bunny's, Angels and fairies. When we link with METATRON we are not game playing. This is real and is very transformational but it is all about vibration and active participation and although we travel with light filled awareness this is not a journey to take lightly.

"Why are you asked to trust in the surrendering process, and the trusting in the silence and deep serenity within yourself, and the releasing of the mind thought process of continued thoughts and over-thinking? It is in the release of the thought process and the surrendering to the Light that you begin to connect so deeply to the infinite light of the One. Your thoughts and controls are what keeps you too grounded in a lower dense vibration. The key to your light evolutionary process lies in the release and deep surrendering of this dense, thought and mind controlled linear vibration.

Through your desire for separated consciousness you built up your own vibration based on a lower density, thought form matrix. This began the process of light starvation as you moved from heart based unified consciousness to a separated stand alone self-consciousness. The work that is being done at this time for mankind is to assist him in his light evolutionary process. To once again live from the heart centered unity light rather than the separated and self illuminated lower conscious vibration. It is in your surrendering and trusting that you begin to make room for the divine connection and light to work with and for you. This is not new work, many will say different but it is not new work. It is only as our consciousness and vibration are rising that we are able to gather a greater understanding of this divine and ancient assistance, through the light, that is opened to us.

Great creator and manifestation vibrations of light, along with unburdening and energy renewal. Through the raising of your consciousness into the expanded light matrix your electromagnetic energy is updated and renewed. You begin to resonate at a higher frequency, which in the physical vessel you class as consciousness but it is so much more than this. Yes you are here on earth having a human experience, however this experience can be one from a higher vibration, so that your consciousness is raised in line with the divine truth of the One Light.

This magnifies your electromagnetic energy. Your frequency is raised to that of your divine fixed design. As you come into this purity frequency much begins to alter. You are unburdened and brought into your divine aligned truth vibration. What you call "Life" becomes effortless. No more struggling, no more having to find, you can rest and be at peace knowing that from your higher vibration and energetic state of being you are working in unison with the universal plan of the One. Your lightbody is electrified with the higher vibrational light codings, this feeding into the human vessel, physical form, emotions, thoughts and all these earthly form mechanisms. You can feel this, it is open to you now, through vibration and feeling, sensing and knowing, and is all based on energetic light frequency. Everything works in unision, no separation from mind to matter.

You can rest, you can relax, you can feel at peace within yourself. For what is it that you endlessly search for? This already resides within you and the raising of your vibration is the key to unlocking the truth of who you are and the connections you have so divinely placed within you.

You require explanation often in words, but there are no words to fully explain the process you are involved and evolving into. Trust in this connection. As you feel so you will know. As the consciousness expansion rises upon the earth plain with more and more vessels becoming awakened we ask that you trust in the simplicity of this divine light and the keys that you are given to assist you in this evolutionary process. For no matter how it is dressed or labelled, the One light is the One light and its truth lies in the feeling and sensations, happenings and discoveries you uncover within yourself through this divine connection and vibration.

For much is altering within the Human vessel and your key here is to trust in this expansion and alignment process. Remembering what peace and divine connection that is shown to you through stillness and silence.

Each vessel will experience this light evolutionary process in their own unique way and their own level of acceptance, that is, what they choose to believe in at that given time. We ask that you let go of any expectation and need for explanation and trust in the unfolding that will surely come to you through the divine stillness, peace, harmony, silence and surrender.

There is nothing for you to fear in this process, perhaps only the fear of what you are losing or letting go of, and with that there is nothing to fear as you are not losing or letting go, only of that which no longer serves your true vibrational energy matrix. Trust in what is occurring as your energy is raised, your electromagnetic vibration pulsing at a higher rate bringing you into great unity with the Light of the ONE. For you are part of everything that exists within the Universe, Mother Earth, Father SUN, Moon, Planets, and above all you are a STAR".

Metatron is assisting us, through Metatronia Therapy, the One Source vibration, in so many ways. Predominantly it is assisting us in unburdening and strengthening our lightbody so that the electromagnetic vibrations within the lightbody are enahnced. This is then fed into the human vessel/body via energetic magnetic light coding transfer.

This is why we feel so many different senstions the moment we are attuned, or receiving healing. The vibration is raising our own light so that we are resonating at our true divine freqeuncy. Our electromagnetic vibration is raised in line so that it matches that of the Sun Source vibration.

There is more to this and it is something that I am currently looking into with regards to Crystals assisting us, and the Elemetal vibrations that are also part of this process. Our lightbody is Diamond crystallined in its formation, and we are learning more and more about the relevance of the electromagnetic vibration that is part of our human vessel and lightbody. Why is it there, what is its purpose? So many questions, but the simplicity of it all is that we are raising our vibration so that we come into our true source light which links us directly to the SUN Source vibration/the ONE.

We cannot carry the lower vibration that so many reside in. This has to be left behind and as we work and are linked with this divine frequency it is assisting us in so many ways. Something the Foundation is currently getting its head around, little by little, and its very simple, we are part of all that is, in unison with the universe. We are not just flesh and blood, we are light first and foremost.

The key is in raising our vibration. WE CANNOT ASCEND FROM THE OLD VIBRATIONS AND CONTROLLED MINDSET. It is just not possible. So the more we can come into alignment with our true vibration, the silence and stillness, peace and higher harmonious vibration is key here, the greater the connection. Metatron will wipe our current vibrational slate clean, so that we are literally reborn into a whole new vessel of light, of a higher light frequential coding.

So the more you can let go, trust and believe and be open to receive the greater you will connect to the Light of the One. We have heard this time and time again, however, to put this into practice and to live by this, and from this truth, is another matter entirely.

As I rest and relax into the beautiful rays of the One I am in realisation that I am not thought. That I can watch from a most serene and silent place within myself as my earthly mind and physical thought forms create much which isn't actually who I am. I am that I am without any conscious application or thought. I am just as I am in the great silence and knowing. I am just as I am in peace and calm serenity. I am without thought and processes. I need not be the constant thought process as I watch from this silent solitude of love and peace and eternity within the omnipresent self. I am that I am. All encompassing, euphoric in vibration. Stillness and silence and the beating of my heart assure me I am at Oneness. How fun to just watch and be. Such grateful divinity is ours if we so choose this resonance and watch before us as so much connection awakening expansion and alignment occurs.

As you raise and rise in your light frequency much is renewed, released, aligned and purified, so that you begin to live from a higher resonance. And so part of this journey there are things that will drop off, aspects of your life that will alter and no longer form part of your vibrational frequency. So as you grow, you lighten, so as you lighten you expand, so as you expand you awaken, so as you awaken you ascend".

Stop the search and seek inside for all you require is within you. As you raise your frequency in the silent knowing of the One Light that is who you are then much truth will awaken for you. You are not a jigsaw to fit together. You are already whole and complete.  The only fragmented parts of you are what you believe to be fragmented. Cast this aside and know that you are complete in every way. It is only your thoughts and emotional compass that comes off balance that makes you seemingly incomplete. Bring the alignment frequency into your being. And this comes from the knowing that you are already complete.  Look not outside of yourself for renewal. Look onto the heart space and know you are complete. No one can do this for you or bring this to you. For this resides already within.

COMING HOME:

"You often talk of sadness within your being. That you wish to go home to that which calls you which you cannot describe but know the feeling within yourself as loss, grief , longing. This is your soul calling to you from the highest vibrations within yourself. Asking you to begin to trust and let go of all the searching and fathoming and piecing together. The moment you let go and surrender you will begin to fully integrate with the light coding soul matrix within your divine self. This calls to you. It has since you were born into 'this' earthly life.  It beckons you to know and be your true divine self. So in your acceptance and trusting open and awaken.

"I now open to my soul matrix, my soul light. I now bring myself into my full divine alignment. I let go of all that no longer serves me and brings me out of balance. I relax into my soul matrix light coding and the truth that is me and in this all is released and transformed instantaneously upon this thought which is now ignited throughout my being".

Allow yourself to be in this moment. Allow the heart to expand and just be. Just breath, relax and be in this moment. For in this action itself will bring much alignment and balance for you. And in this aligned state you shall be all that you are with no longing, no hoping, just being the divine being that you are. Without question or judgement. Without expectation or wanting. Allowing your divine soul matrix to come to the forefront of your being and then you shall begin to feel a great release and great connection".
