I have for many years wanted to gain insight and understanding to the different dimensions of the Universe. I have asked Archangel Metatron for guidance and insight with this as after trawling the internet for possible explanations its a mindfield out there!

(15th March 2011):

"The Universe indeed has many facets, many dimensions as you call them. They all exist as one, some are seen, felt, some are visited, some exist but are not seen, felt and seen by some, all hold healing frequencies and host Beings that are able to connect to you on the Earth Plane.

Some do not believe in other dimensions, other planes of existence for they need firm, tangible evidence. Let me tell you that there are many, many different planes and levels of existence, life, energy, frequencies in the Universe. You live mainly in the 4th and 5th Dimension. This is basic level of existance/quite a low frequency. Within this frequency is where the Ego finds home. This low level frequency is very damaging for the Soul as the Ego resides and controls those that reside there. There are those however, who dwell in the 4th and 5th Dimensions who are opening up to new frequencies.

They are working through the ego to allow the soul to shine and come forth. Braving many emotions/symptoms/experiences to work towards the light. They are sensing and feeling different energies and sensations, thoughts and processes that are not from the earth plane.

These frequencies are coming from the 6th-8th Dimensions and are being sent by Lightbeings and Lightworkers, Masters, The White Brotherhood, Gaia to name but a few as there are many that are working with dwellers of the earth plane, and they have been doing this work for millenia.

When you cross over into the spiritual realms when your life on this earth plane is over, you will and can move into other dimensions. You speak of two, heaven and hell, there is no such place as Hell...only that which some believe to exist through control and conditioning. Heaven is a higher vibration, a place of love, and does exist and can be created by you as to how you imagine it to be. Heaven is within the higher dimensions, a very high vibrational frequency is where heaven shall be and is and also resides within the Soul.

Know that the dimensions not seen by the human eye exist just as Earth does, but from a higher frequency to that experienced on the Earth Plane. Much of the work for healers is brought through, down to the 4th and 5th Dimensions from the 6th to 8th and even higher dimensions. There are too many to mention and to give names for but it is enough to know that there are many dimensions that exist in the Universe that can be accessed by those wishing to raise their earthly vibration to a higher frequency.

Spirit Guides/Lightbeings and other healing guides are able to lower their vibrations, their frequency to connect with those on the earth plane wishing to raise their awareness/vibration and frequency. Many gifts can be received when opening up to other dimensions.

These Beings of higher dimensions are testing other high frequencies presently to see if they can be held within the earth plane. This work has taken many many years to complete and is ongoing.

The 8th Dimension, a very high dimension is a plateau from which healing is sent down, from which communication is sent down and where dreams take place, a place where Astral Projection can be experienced, out of body, and where the soul resides. Meditation can lift those on the earth plane to higher dimensions, a feeling of dropping into source can be felt although the dropping is actually lifting the energies and vibrations higher.

So you see there are many dimensions, where different frequencies, energies and beings reside. Your Earthly frequency and dimension is very low on the frequency scale but you are able to open doors to higher vibrations through meditation, connecting with the soul, working with your spirit guides and an awareness and understanding and acceptance that there are multi dimensions within the Universe. So open your heart, free your mind and let go of the ego traits, connect with your soul and be free to experience these other dimensions that have and always will be part of the Universe.

The year of 2011 is a year in which many new frequencies are being sent to the earth plane. Those that are sensitive and open to these new frequencies are being opened and tested, some to be healers, lightworkers and Teachers. This year in your earthly calendar is a year for preparation and freeing of the soul so that these new frequencies can be harnessed and worked with, and to find stability on the earth plane to see if it can hold this frequency.

We ask that you be open, if chosen, to holding and working with these vibrations, to raise your frequency so that you can explore and exist in other Universal Dimensions. To work through the physical, emotional and pain body sensations that this opening will bring. Knowing that the journey will enable you to sense, feel and work with many dimensions and frequencies. Opening you up to experience many wonderous things, events and happenings. Many are ignorant for they do not want or wish to see.

These are the frequencies we are working so hard to raise. There is a calling now, in 2011, to bring many earth workers to help raise these vibrations through healing, workshops, training, teaching, talking, and helping in any way they can. They will be chosen and know who they are. There are many Angelic beings that are coming and some are already working and present on the earth plane. These Angelic Beings are the energy workers and groundworkers searching and finding those that can and will be appointed to help raise the vibrations for many on the earth plane. This is an ongoing journey and mission and little by little we are achieving.

This is a year of transition, of opening, of letting go and of surrendering. Many have already surrendered and are working with the new energies, they will become stable and be chosen as vessels to carry this energy to help others on the earth plane to be able to resonate the same. Much work is needed this year, much much work, and many new vibrations are yet to come to the earth plane. Be open, surrender, and love unconditionally, do not fear, and know you are much more than what you believe on this earth plane. We existed to as you do now, and have travelled many lifetimes and experienced many things and our wish is for you to experience also and grow and evolve, and ascend.... but there is still much work to do....are you ready for the journey?".
